Either fill in a returns request HERE if you require a RMA or simply return the item to our address HERE with a copy of your invoice stating reason for return, refunds are generally completed within 3 working days. return shipping cost paid by customer.
Accidents happen, received a damaged or defective item?
Please contact us before returning the product, we will attempt to ship a replacement product as quickly as possible.
If a damaged or defective item is returned please supply a copy of return shipping costs and retun shipping will be refunded.
Refunds will be returned by original payment method.
